منذ سنة 2000 والى غاية يومنا هذا، شهدت الجزائر تفشي غير مسبوق ولا مثيل له لظاهرة الفساد، والتي مست كل القطاعات دون استثناء، ولعلى الذي ساهم في تفاقمها هو البحبوحة المالية التي أسالت لعاب الكثير من الفاسدين، وسهلت ارتكاب مختلف الجرائم ذات الصلة بالفساد الإداري، فكان لزاما على الجزائر أن تجعل تشريعاتها تتماشى مع الاتفاقيات الدولية المبرمة في هذا الخصوص، فصدر قانون الوقاية من الفساد ومكافحته رقم 06-01 المؤرخ في 20 فيفري 2006 المعدل والمتمم، الذي جرم الفساد بمختلف مظاهره، وهو ما سنحاول دراسته وصفا وتحليلا لمواده.

Is an important module within the TRANSVERSE UNIT.
It consists of a rich and well studied program that covers important topics in the field of Accounting & Auditing, designed to improve the students specialized English of this field of Expertise.
- The Course's Target Audience:
The A&A S.ENG module is designed for students majoring in
Accounting and Finance,
specifically “ACCOUNTING & AUDITING”
2nd Year Master Degree
- The Module Objectives :
- Improve the students language skills in specific contexts of the field of Accounting and Auditing.
- Provide students with a good mastery of the English language along developing solid competencies in the same field.
- Deepen and strengthen the four language skills (Speaking, Reading, Listening, and Writing) crucial to good communication skills and essential to the fulfillment of their professional development.
- Focus on the reinforcement of skills essential to the realization of students’ professional projects (writing Professional Business Emails, cover letters, Financial reports, and Job interviews…).
